What is the minimum number of days required to order?
We require a minimum of 24hours for all online orders. For larger orders/corporate orders, we appreciate if you connect with us 5-8 business days before your event.

Can I customize my order?
Yes, you are able to customize your order. Please indicate any requests upon check out in the "Special instructions" section. Dietary requirements, special requests and flower choices need to be finalized via email 7 days prior to the event.
Can I use your board(s) and/or serverware?
We currently do not rent our boards. All boards are a keepsake and final. If you have a board you would like us to prepare your Graze on, no problem! Drop it off at the store and we can prepare it on it for you!
Do you offer table styling with my boards and props?
Absolutely! Whether you purchase a grazing table from us or have another caterer coming in, our grazing stylists are up for hire to style any table! Email for all inquires.
When should we consume your product?
For best quality and enjoyment boxes and platters are best consumed within 3 hours after delivery. We recommend placing box or wrapped board in a cool space if consumption is beyond the 3 hours. Your Graze can last up to two days stored properly.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery date, you will be issued a credit for a future order with us.
No refund or credit can be offered once the Graze has been made.
Orders not picked up will not be refunded or credited.
Refunds are to the discretion of the Owner.
